Congress Chef de Cuisine Rebecca Meeker and pastry Chefs Blanca and Michelle brought the Valentines Day spirit to February’s Guest Chef! It’s not everyday that you get to eat your dessert before your dinner, but who could resist heart shaped sugar cookies with edible pearls, milk and white chocolate frosting and sprinkles? Not us!
Menu: Pan seared chicken breasts, Penne with pesto (made with cottage cheese) and a kale cesar salad.
