
Salt & Time Butcher Shop and Salumeria and Live Oak Brewing Company have partnered for a one-night only paired dinner event on Sunday, February 28 to benefit Fresh Chefs Society.
The prix fixe menu will feature 5 unique dishes created by Salt & Time Chef Josh Jones and each course will be paired with one of Live Oak Brewing Company’s popular brews. One of Fresh Chef’s own apprentices will have the opportunity to work side by side with Josh for this event and present one of the courses for the evening. Courses TBA but expect the usual creativity and abundance of a Salt & Time Beer Dinner.
Seating will start promptly at 6:00pm. A limited amount of seats are available $100 per person, excluding fees, tax and gratuity. Interested patrons are encouraged to act fast, as space at the dinner event is extremely limited. To purchase tickets follow the website link below.
